When we last did Stupid Sexy Privacy, we heard from a lot of people who listened to the show, and asked the following:

1. "I have a specific problem. Can you help me?"
2. "I need someone to work with me hands on in implementing this privacy tip, this privacy tip, and this privacy tip. Can you spend some time with me to help me get this done?"
3. "I want someone to do all of this for me. Here's some cash, can you go and purchase a new Pixel phone and new Macbook Pro and set all this stuff up?"

The answers are:

1. It depends! If you have a specific problem you want to talk about, you can email us at stupidsexyprivacy[at]duck[dot]com. If we can't help, we can recommend someone — in a lot of these cases, it's usually an IT professional or an attorney — who can. There's no charge for this. And most of these specific problems can be solved by following the Privacy Tips found here.
2. Yes. We offer one on one sessions, via Signal, where we can walk you through the specific steps you're having trouble with, and answer any questions you have. We do charge for this. You can email us at stupidsexyprivacy[at]duck[dot]com and put "Privacy Audit" in the subject line of your email.
3. Yes. If you want to hire us to be your Privacy Concierge, which is where we travel to you, purchase all the equipment in cash, and then set it up, we can do that too. You can email us at stupidsexyprivacy[at]duck[dot]com with "Sheetrock" in the subject line of your email.
